Terms and conditions of purchase

1. General provisions.

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store www.myequa.lt.

1.2. The rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) of the www.myequa.lt online store (hereinafter referred to as the Store) apply to the Customer when placing an order to purchase goods online at www.myequa.lt. 1.3. UAB " LTD group " has the right to amend the Store Rules. When the Customer makes purchases in the Store, including when placing an order, the Rules in force at the time of placing the order (indicated with the order) apply.

1.4. All legal and natural persons who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order, and minors between the ages of 14 and 18 who have the consent of their parents or guardians, can shop in the online store www.myequa.lt, except in cases where they independently dispose of their income.

1.5. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees with the described rules for purchasing goods and, in accordance with clauses 1. 2., has the right to purchase goods in the e-store.

1.6. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the e-store, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method and familiarized himself with the Seller's rules, clicks the "Place order" button.

1.7. The Buyer and the Seller agree that after the Buyer places an order for the goods and the Seller confirms it, the price of the goods may change, taking into account objective indicators affecting the price of the goods, such as an increase in the cost of the goods, a technical error in information systems, additional costs related to the sale of the goods to the Buyer (Article 6.313, paragraph 7 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). In such a case, if the Buyer does not agree to purchase the goods at the new price, either Party, having notified the other Party thereof, has the right to terminate the contract of sale of the goods. The Parties agree that losses related to the termination of the contract of sale in accordance with the procedure provided for in this clause shall not be compensated.

1.8. By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the purchase documents for the goods – invoices, which are also warranty coupons for the goods, will be submitted to him electronically to the email address specified in the Buyer’s registration form. Invoices in the above form are submitted to the Buyer no later than the moment of the goods being transferred to him. The invoices submitted to the Customer indicate the selected goods, their quantity, discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, delivery charges and other data required to be provided in accordance with the legal acts regulating accounting.

2. Protection of personal data

2.1. When ordering goods in the online store www.myequa.lt, the buyer must provide the data requested during registration.

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data during registration.

2.3. By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order control, activity analysis and direct marketing. The buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address or phone number specified by the buyer.

2.4. By registering in the e-store and ordering goods, the buyer undertakes to keep his login details safe and not to disclose them to anyone.

2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store www.myequa.lt in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and other information sections of the e-store.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods by notifying the Seller thereof by e-mail.

3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.

3.4. If the Buyer's data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.

3.5. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login details to third parties. And if he loses his login details, he must immediately inform the Seller about it.

3.6. By placing an order in the online store www.myequa.lt, the Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store www.myequa.lt.

4.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the online store.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the Buyer's personal information specified in the registration form and not to transfer it to third parties.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms

5.1. In the online store, the Buyer can make purchases online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders by phone or e-mail are accepted during the established business hours, which are indicated in the contact section of the page.

5.2. The Agreement is deemed to have come into force when the Buyer clicks the "Place order" button, and upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation letter to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer or in another agreed manner.

5.3. All prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros.

5.4. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the e-banking system. The Buyer transfers the money to the UAB " LTD group " current account. Responsibility for data security in this case lies with the relevant bank, in whose e-banking system monetary transactions take place. Or by paying by bank transfer, when the Buyer, having printed the order and going to the nearest bank branch, transfers the money to the e-store's bank account.

5.5. The Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods immediately, otherwise, he loses the right to make claims due to violation of the delivery terms of the goods, since the formation of the parcel of goods according to the Customer's order begins only after UAB " LTD group " receives payment for the goods.

5.6. If the buyer fails to make the payment or transfers only part of the money, the order is canceled. If the money was transferred to UAB " LTD group" current account, they are transferred back to the buyer within 7 days.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1. The buyer, having selected the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact delivery location of the goods.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.

6.3. The Goods are delivered by the Seller's authorized representative (courier) or the Buyer collects them at the nearest post office.

6.4. The Seller may apply discounts on delivery if the Buyer exceeds the specified order amount.

6.5. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.

6.6. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for violation of the delivery terms of the goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in a crumpled or otherwise damaged package, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity, or if the goods are incomplete.

6.8. If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must inform the Seller about it.

7. Product quality, guarantees

7.1. All data on goods sold in the online store www.myequa.lt are indicated in the product description for each product.

7.2. The Seller is not liable if the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the store do not correspond to the actual size, shape and colors of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

7.3. The Seller may provide a different quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are indicated in the product description. In all other cases, the goods are subject to the guarantee provided for in relevant legal acts.

8. Return and exchange of goods

8.1. Exchange and return of goods are possible only when the exchanged or returned goods meet the following requirements:

  • were not used;
  • were not damaged;
  • the consumer properties of the goods are preserved;
  • unengraved (personalized);
  • has not lost its commercial appearance.

Changes to the packaging necessary to inspect the product are not considered substantial damage or loss of commercial appearance.

8.2. The exchange or return of goods is carried out after the Customer submits a request to return the goods to info@myequa.lt, and upon receiving confirmation of the return of the goods, after filling out the prescribed form, which must indicate what is being returned or exchanged and the reason for the return or exchange. In cases where the goods are exchanged and a price difference occurs during such an exchange, the Customer must pay UAB " LTD group" such price difference. The price difference is paid by transfer to the specified bank account.

8.3. In cases where the Seller does not have suitable items for replacement, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the price for delivery, except for cases where the goods are returned because they are of poor quality, incomplete, etc. In this case, the Seller will also refund the costs of delivering the goods.
8.4. Goods may be exchanged or returned only if they meet the requirements set out in Section 3 of this Part of the Rules. The paid amount is refunded by transferring money to the customer's account specified when filling in the registration details no later than 14 days from the date of signing the return form.

9. Marketing and information

10.1. The Seller may organize various promotions and offers in the online store www.myequa.lt.

10.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms and conditions of the promotion, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions and procedure of the promotion shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.

10.3. The Seller sends all notifications via the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.

10.4. The Buyer shall send all messages and questions to the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-store.

10.5. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation messages due to disruptions in the Internet connection, email service provider networks, or incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

10. Final provisions

10.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.4. The Agreement is concluded, executed and all communication between the Client and UAB " LTD group" takes place in the official language.
